Our 2016 Cali Yeast IPA series continues with entry #4, Aussie Sauce IPA! We had a beer naming contest for this guy on Facebook, and we think we landed on a real winner. We made this beer with 100% Australian hops (AU Galaxy and AU Summer). These varietals pack a particularly dank punch that comes right through the medium body with very little up-front bitterness. This thunder-from-down-uner IPA is suitable for both throwing shrimp on the barbie and fending off baby-eating dingos.
