Let’s get this out of the way first: everybody loves Butcher & Bee. Being part of “everybody,” we are stoked to see them go from a small BYOB sandwich shop to their sleek new space on Morrison Drive. With the new space comes the opportunity for them to serve adult beverages, and we are proud to help fill one of their taps (and ours) with Bee Happy.

This 5.6% ABV pale ale was brewed with honey, naturally. You’ll notice a bit of residual sweetness nestled alongside a great bouquet of a nose, thanks to a whole-leaf Amarillo dry hop. Here’s to new digs!
