Scratch is Holy City’s housemade root beer, a zero-alcohol alternative to our other beers to help quench the thirst of young’uns and old’uns alike. We brew it with a cane sugar and molasses base, adding vanilla, wintergreen, sasparilla, birch bark, and licorice root to impart all those classic root beer flavors. A dash of Summit hops brings a little bitterness to the table, and makes this root beer extra beer-y.
