5th Annual Pre-Brewvival Fish Fry
We love Brewvival weekend here at HCB and every year since we've been open we have been frying up some fish the night before and debuting the beers we will be serving at Brewvival. This year will be no different.
The tradition of the Fish Fry was started by our good friend Eryc Riddle who passed away way too early. While we miss our friend we will continue to fry up some fish every Friday before Brewvival, raise a pint, and remember him. Eryc caught the fish with a bow for the first years, and while we don't have those skills our kitchen at Holy City Brewing will be serving plates of fish, fries, and hushpuppies, the taps will have some goodies flowing, and music will be provided by Whiskey Diablo!! Tap room will be open 11-9 with fish from 4-9 !!! Come on out and raise a pint with us!!
