We did a series of “Buy your own Brew Day” during the pandemic, so that people could contribute to the company during the shutdown and in return, they get to pick a recipe of beer, brew it, have it featured in the taproom, and we throw them a launch party for fifty of their closest friends. Darker Shade of Pale was the result of one of those brew days for Cory and Andrea. What we have here is a crisp, clean malty lager, comprised of Marris Otter, Crystal, Flaked Oats, and Carafa, hopped with Citra and Mosaic.
