When someone mentions “saison” as a beer style, there are many places that the mind goes. Light, some people might say. Others will think fruity. There are quite a few associations with this style of beer, and we’re looking at breaking down some barriers with our new saison, Blazer.

Blazer is a rich, black saison that we dry-hopped. It’s got some fruity hop notes, and is hot on the nose. The booziness brings enough heat to the backend, evened out with a nice, roasty malt build. This isn’t your daddy’s saison. This is Blazer, the hoppy black farmhouse ale powerhouse.
