Tart cherry beer? That sounds delicious. We brewed Cherry Bomb for the first time in the later half of 2020. We tossed some pale and crystal malts together for the grain build and kettle soured the mash. Next, we hopped the beer with cascade and added cherry puree. The result is a delicious cherry sour that is tart but not offensive, and has delicious red fruit flavors and aroma.
