Count Straubula is the nickname of our brewer, Jeremy Straub, and when he came up with this delicious recipe for a black IPA, we couldn’t help but name it after him. This beer is a wonderful balance between malt and hops, pairing pale, carafa, chocolate, roast and black malts over a hop profile of summit and nugget, to give you just enough bark with your bite. It’s pleasant and understated, just like our brewer Jeremy.
