We got together with our old Charleston friends, The Lucas Brothers, and decided to collaborate on a beer with them that’s one of their favorite homebrew recipes from back in the day. This big red ale has tea leaves from The Charleston Tea Plantation and dried lemon. Sitting at 7% ABV, this beer is made with pale, carapils and special roast malts, hopped with Centennial hop extract and Mosaic.
