When you need a cold-brewed, fresh rock spring filtered, smoothtastic light beer that turns your mountains blue…you don’t. What you do need is Dorchester Lite, our rice lager brewed with Carolina Gold Rice grown right up the road at Middleton Place. We employed our brand new kettle to do a wholly separate rice mash, which was blended with a base mash of Bohemian Pilsner malt to make this thirst quenching homage to local farming and brewing tradition.
