Dr. Cowboy is just what the doctor ordered. A 4.7% clean-drinking hoppy lager that finishes crisp. We threw some pale, wheat and flaked wheat into the mash, and topped it with some fruit-forward hops, such as CTZ, Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon and Amarillo to give it some complexity and some bite.
