This is a beer that is very special, because we brewed it with our Master Brewer Chris Brown’s Mom, Barbara. It’s a saison with passionfruit and white peppercorn, which gives you fruitiness and spiciness all at the same time. Pale and wheat went into the malt recipe, with a mild hop addition of Hallertau Mittelfruh to balance the beverage.
