Our monthly Carnival Nights often feature a beer/chocolate pairing with our good friend, Johnny Battles, founder of Sweeteeth. It’s high time we made a beer with this guy, and Fancy Stout is our first. As stouts go, the recipe is mellow, with deliberately tame roasty, chocolate components. Why dial it back? Because when we add at least 10 gallons of Sweeteeth caramel, we want you to really taste it.
