Put on your most jangly set of spurs and get ready for our new pale ale, Giddy Up. The color on this one leans reddish – more Bay than Chesnut – and the nose is dominated by a bale-sized addition of Cascade in the dry-hop. Warrior joined more Cascade in the boil, giving this beer a bitter hop girth riding underneath that Cascade bouquet.
