Our brewer Chris Brown’s cousin Jamie owns a bottle shop in Charlotte called Grape and Barley. The two of them got together and had an amazing idea: an IPA with Lactose sugar, pineapple and coconut, dry-hopped with El Dorado hops to round out that sweetness with some deliciously bitter tropical fruit notes.

This beer is a little over the top. It’s a little off-the-wall. We don’t care. It’s delicious and we’re happy to share some with you at the taproom.
