In March of 2020, we let our production employee, Forrest, write a recipe. This young buck is going to brew school, and we wanted to see what he learned so we let him test his chops on our big brew system. This one-off beer, available on draft at the taproom, is an homage to Forrest’s namesake. It’s a malty red ale that’s easy-drinking and pretty true to style, perfect for red and amber lovers alike.
