Guava Me Pink is a collaboration that we did with fellow SC brewers Thomas Creek Brewery. This is a tart wheat ale that is spiked with enough pink guava to give a nice, well-rounded tart-and-sweet flavor profile. This isn’t a kettle sour. We lowered the PH of the beer to get it as close to 4.2 as possible, and that’s where that twang comes from that puckers your lips up.

We wanted to brew a refreshing, crisp summer brew with our boys from the north (-ern South Carolina), and this is the beautiful brainchild that we came up with together. Lovely taste, complex flavor, and that beautiful color, too! Thanks to the boys at Thomas Creek for coming down and eating our food and brewing beer with us while we all shared laughs and drafts.
