Holy City Kolsch is a delicious, true-to-style german Kolsch that is as easy to drink in the winter as it is in the summer. We didn’t make this one too complicated. It’s simple, really. Pilsner and wheat malts with some hallertau blanc and we ferment it with some Kolsch yeast to give it a little pep and flavor. Beer doesn’t have to be crazy. It just has to be delicious, and this light, crisp kolsch is a welcome new addition to the tapwall.
