For Brewvival 2015, we once again brewed some collaboration beers, including this one, our first with our North Charleston brothers and sister at COAST Brewing. Much like the COAST crew, this black rye IPA is chock full of character. It’s our first use of an all-organic malt bill. The spicy rye bite melds well with the hop profile, and massive dry-hopping gives it an amazing nose.
