With everyone brewing some beer with Santa on the can, we decided to ago the opposite way. We had a milk stout in the tanks with cocoa nibs, coffee and a bunch of crushed up peppermint candies in it, and when we thought of Krampus as the name, we really couldn’t call it anything else. It’s nice and roasty with coffee notes, a slight sweetness from the cocoa and lactose sugar, with just a hint of peppermint, and it’s perfect for the colder weather that sometimes shows its ugly head around the holidays.
