Lagered Overly Friendly IPA

We took our Overly Friendly IPA recipe, so-named because we’re all so gosh-darned sugary sweet down here (y’all), and fermented it with lager yeast instead of ale yeast. The lager yeast (and the extended time fermenting at cooler temps) yields a more clear, clean, crisp beer, with less of the round, fruity notes coming from the ale yeast.

If the hops in Overly Friendly were too much for you, there’s no escaping them in Lagered Overly Friendly. Bless your heart.
