We got together with the guys from Revelry Brewing to do a collaboration beer in our Coolship. This beer is spontaneously open-fermented with Kveik yeast, then dryhopped in the bright tank to give it a present hop-nose. Slightly sour, very hazy, and made with a ton of whole leaf El Dorado hops. We locally sourced the grain build on this one, with Carolina Malt House Pilsner, Malted Oats, and Red Wheat. We even threw some Mosaic hops in there to add to its complexity. This is a Hazy Sour IPA with whole leaf hops, fermented in our Coolship, so there’s plenty of fun things going on. Juicy, tart, and very drinkable.
