Me Shell

This beer is a complicated one. It’s got a lot going on. Try to follow along. We’re going to put it into a bulleted list, so if you get lost, you can reread the previous fact and get what we’re saying here. It’s a lot to wrap your head around.
-We started out with a saison. It’s a dark saison. (Malts: Carafa, Chocolate, Pale, Roast)
-For some whacky reason, we gave this saison a complex hop profile. (Hops: Cascade, Hallertau Blanc)
-We also decided to age the beer in tequila barrels.
-We pitched Brettanomyces yeast in the tequila barrels.
-Wait one year, keg, and serve.
What we’re left with here is a dry-hopped, dark saison that was aged in tequila barrels with Brett. It’s roasty and deep in body with a tart finish and the nose is crazy from the Brett. Curious? Ask your bartender for a taste. This one will rock your taste buds like a hurricane!
