Oops Haug Did It Again
Opshaug is a strain of ancient Norwegian ale yeast, and we used it to make this dry-hopped sour in our coolship. We started with Pale, Flaked Barley and Melanoidin, and after we fermented in the coolship, we dry-hopped it in the brite tank with Nugget and Mosaic. A 5.3% funky, sour IPA for the fall season of 2021.
