Beer #2 in 2016’s six-part IPA series is Raising Cane, a multitudinously-hopped IPA with a local cane sugar addition providing a touch of lingering sweetness in the back.
With a 100% Bohemian Pilsner malt bill, this beer’s looks are deceiving, but rest assured the volume of malt is sufficient to carry all the hops, And oh, what hops it must carry. We hopped the first wort. We hopped the mash. We hopped the boil. Then we hopped the boil again. We haven’t figured out how to hop before we start brewing yet, but we’re working on it.
