Saison Brett Version 2.0


We’ve been making saisons with brettanomyces yeast for years, but we haven’t always had foeders to brew them in. Saison Brett V.2.0 is our first time using brett for secondary fermentation in our new wooden vessels, and the result is a delicious blend of wild brett and mellow wood tones. The base beer is pilsner and pale malts, hopped with Hallertau Blanc.
