We brewed this berry-infused Berliner Weisse for the 2017 Southeastern Beard and Moustache Competition at the Music Farm that our buddies at the Holy City Beard and Moustache Society throw every year. This is a tart North-German wheat beer, spiked with fresh, local strawberries to sweeten the beer and compliment the tartness of the lactobacillus that sours it. Turned out so well, we decided to keep making it!
