For Charleston Beer Week 2021, we threw an event with the Center for The Birds of Prey in the yard at the brewery with tons of beautiful birds flying around everywhere and we released the beer we brewed with them: Swallow-Tale Pale Ale is a well-balanced American Pale Ale brewed with Pale malt and Flaked Oats. We hopped it with Newport and Huell Melon hops, and we put it on draft and in 16oz four-packs.
