Collier’s is a new spot going in at the old Ice House on Spruill Avenue, right across the street from our Park Circle taproom. We brewed a beer with them to celebrate their big move to the neighborhood. This is a light rice lager that was brewed with Carolina Gold Rice and peaches. What we have is a very crushable light beer with a low ABV of 4.3%, comprised of Pilsner malts and Summit hops.
