This is a combination of two beers that we brewed for the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse. We brewed a nitro-only stout and a blonde ale, and on the day of the solar eclipse, we decided to float one of our lovely bronsons on top of the other, so the people who attend our Eclipse Party on August 21st can have a mini-eclipse in their pint glasses. The name of the beer comes from the classical music composition, and it tastes better when there’s a one-in-a-lifetime interstellar event happening directly above the brewery.
