The Trade Show Pale Ale is a collective effort of the fine people in the South Carolina Brewers Guild. This year, 2018, marks the first annual SC Brewers Guild Trade Show, and we’re pouring the beer at the event on March 10th. White Labs donated the ale yeast, dubbed London Fog, and we used 100% Riverbend Southern Select and local Riverbend Rye malts to give this pale a unique malt profile. Idaho 7, TNT, and Mandarina hops give this beer a nice hop bite, with notes of citrus on the nose and the tongue. Hold up a pint of this beer and salute the fine folks at the SC Brewers Guild, and don’t miss the Trade Show on March 10th.
