Vanilla Vacation is another winning recipe from two C of C students who were in the alcohol chemistry class that entered their vanilla cream ale recipe into the contest at Baker and Brewer, our downtown brewhouse. These ambitious bookworms won the contest, so they got to brew their beer on our big system in Park Circle and have it featured at our main taproom. This beer is easy, tasty and is a great accompaniment to both food and merriment.
