Our very own sales rep, JT Stellmach, got married in October of 2019. In the grand fashion of Holy City employees getting married, JT and his lovely wife Hailey decided to write a recipe for a kolsch with the delicious flavor of passion fruit. We brewed this mild, fruity, easy-drinking beer for their wedding, and we had some left over, so if you see this one in our taproom, now you know the story! We love to brew beers for our employees’ weddings, and this one is a delicious addition to our beer catalog.
