Hey, ladies! We’re having another women’s brew day with the help of BREWSTER CHS! This is an event that allows females of the community to learn and help with the brewing process of a specialty brew. Women were the first brewers, after all, and BREWSTER is the term for a woman who makes beer, and ladies have about a 4,000-year heads-up on the men of the industry. In years past, we’ve always brewed Madam Basil as our women’s brew day beer, but this year we’re allowing the gals that sign up to have a say in our beer that we’re making this go around. Register by emailing [email protected] and tell her what ingredients or styles of brew you want! Only taking suggestions from registered people, so blow up Sarah’s email and show her you’re on the team! The beer will be featured at a CHS Beer Week event and $1 will go to BREWSTER’s preferred nonprofit for every pint we sell, nonprofit TBD. October 2nd from 9am-3pm. Cheers.
