Southern Screams presents Macabre

Friday September 25th

Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays every week

Southern Screams is back with Charleston’s premiere haunted house experience! This year, guests will experience Macabre, where they will brave the dark corners of a haunted museum.

From Southern Screams:

“Beyond the polished plaques and velvet ropes of Museum Macabreo something evil has taken root. For years, The Curator has gathered the rare, the cursed and the forgotten - but his latest discovery has awakened something far darker. Now the museum hungers for more and the final exhibit is still waiting to be filled.

North Charleston - Local museum curator Elias Macabreo has announced the recent acquisition of what he describes as a ‘remarkable and ancient artifact,’ now added to the Museum Macabreo collection.

Dubbed ‘Reliquary Mortis,’ the piece is believed to date back centuries and is already drawing interest from historians and collectors alike.

Macabre noted that the artifact’s origins remain largely unknown but its craftsmanship and preservation are ‘unlike anything the museum has ever housed.’

The exhibit is expected to open to the public later this season, offering guests a rare glimpse into one of the the collection’s most intriguing additions yet.”
