Guests will explore the fundamentals of rum—from production and flavor profiles to regional styles—while learning how to craft and enjoy two signature Rum cocktails, highlighting both classic technique and modern variations. This hands-on experience is designed to sharpen your cocktail skills while deepening your appreciation for the versatility of rum.

Adding a special layer to the evening, your instructor recently returned from an exclusive rum fellowship program in Kingston, where they studied alongside global rum professionals under the leadership of legendary master blender Dr. Joy Spence.

Whether you’re a rum enthusiast or simply daiquiri-curious, this class offers the perfect blend of education, flavor, and fun.

A wild and wacky game of bingo, hosted by one of Charleston’s most prominent drag stars, Ava Clear. 18+ event in The Porter Room, Holy City Brewing’s private event space.
