We’ve recently moved everyone’s favorite trivia host, Dave, over to the brew side from the canning line. Captain, Chris and Jack have been training him in their Jedi ways of brewing beer, and he’s been a fast learner. The brew floor has been filled with more cheer since he’s been gracing it with his presence, and now he actually gets to brew the beers that he’s been naming for all these years.

I guess that’s why we decided to call this APA “Dave”, in his honor. He started with Pale and Wheat malts, and used Warrior as the bittering hop. After that came a dry-hop explosion of Cascade, Chinook and Centennial, making this American Pale have a hop-build to be reckoned with. If you see Dave, buy him a Dave. He’s the cutie pie on the brew floor with the man bun and scientist glasses.
