If you really want to get to know Holy City, you need to pay us a visit! Our Taproom is a seamless part of the brewery.

Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs, birds, lizards, or any pets at the brewery at this time. We love your pets, rest assured, but you’ve got to leave them at home when you come up to have some pints with us.

We ask for 72 hours notice for parties of 20 people or more. This allows us to staff up, get your food ready, and make sure your experience is a good one!

Growler Fills

We’ll sanitize and fill anyone’s growler. We bottom-fill, cap while foaming, and seal each growler.

Bill Pitts
Pianist - Brett Favre - Head Cellarman #BillPitts

Bill Pitts came to us from a catering gig in Charleston and went from canning beer to head cellarman. Bill takes fermented beer and transfers it to a bright tank, carbonates it and get’s it ready for packaging. Bill isn’t on social media so we created #BillPitts to get him some love on our social media…there’s even a beer brewed for him called #BillPitts. When he’s not taking care of HCB beers he the pianist in a band called Cletus Baltimore!!
