You could take a few different directions in this beer.

Does it refer to some magic, nocturnal strain of wheat that grows when the sun goes down?

Does it pay homage to the 1967 Sidney Poitier vehicle?

The truth is, we brewed a mid-ABV, wheat-based beer, darkened by the Carafa 2 in the malt bill, hopped exclusively with Centennial, and fermented with British Ale yeast, and we thought this name was funny.
