Our packaging manager, Taylor, got married to his lovely wife Stephanie in early 2019. In our grand tradition of sending our employees off into marriage with a commemorative beer that they write the recipe for all their own. Taylor and Stephanie decided to brew a winter ale, with a deep caramel color since their wedding was amidst peak Charleston chilly season. The ale was then spiced with ginger, cranberry and cinnamon, to warm the guests of their big day up, all the while getting their independent-craft-beer on. This beer was a big hit with our taproom patrons, so expect to see this one come back around after New Year’s each year.
