You’ve probably met Jean. She’s our good buddy, a tap room regular and the green-thumbed caretaker of all of our patio foliage. We brewed this big, smokey saison in her honor. At 9.4%, it’s a full-frontal assault of malt and fruity yeast, with smoked malt peeking its head in every now and then.
