Right after we opened our spot at the tail-end of 2019 in Park Circle, we had a stroke of genius. We decided to take some Washout Wheat and add a heavy dosing of passion fruit to the base body of wheat and pale malts, and Hallertau Hershbruker hops to get this delicious fruited wheat beer. The flavor is big with a dry finish.
