We brewed Pin-Up Pale Ale with Commonhouse Aleworks for Rockabillique 2019. We used some big fruity tropical-note hops and fermented this one with Kolsch yeast. Crisp and clean drinking, very sessionable, and a lovely collaboration between two Park Circle breweries for a great Park Circle event. Hop profile includes Nugget, Idaho 7 and Bitter gold.
