This beer takes its name from the only thing required to be an employee at Holy City Brewing: Unbridaled Enthusiasm. We start off with pale and wheat malts, and hop the beer with Citra to give an otherwise mellow wheat beer a citrus twang and some hop bite. We also added Citra hop oil when we transferred the beer from the fermentation vessels to the brite tanks, to give this beer even more delicious citrus aromatics and flavor.
