Yam Bam Thank You Ma’am was brewed in conjunction with BREWSTER Charleston. Every year, we hold a women’s brew day with this organization that promotes more females in the brewhouse and the taproom, and the ladies that sign up get to pick what style and ingredients we’re going to use in it, and this year, it was sweet potatoes. The result is an American Brown Ale with a malt build of Pale, Coffee and Carafa malts, and a mild hop profile of Northern Brewer. We added some delicious yams to it as well as lactose sugar and pie spices, which makes for a great wintertime sipper with plenty of flavor.
