For this year’s Charleston Beer Week Brooklyn Brewery House Chef Andrew Gerson is teaming up with HCB Chef Joel Norman bring you a culinary collaboration at Holy City Brewing on September 19th. The night includes:

+5 beers each from Brooklyn Brewery and HCB paired with 5 special dishes
+A rare chance to try out one of Brooklyn Brewery’s mysterious Ghost Bottles
+Live music to keep things lively
+Paint-by-numbers

The event is pay as you go, so all you need to do is show up hungry and we’ll handle the rest.

This special menu will include beer pairing in the total meal price, and there will be five specialty dishes to choose from. Our normal menu will not be available at this time, but you’ll get to taste the good stuff!
