We got together with the good people at Old Louisville Brewing at our Park Circle brewhouse and recreated a beer that they brew at their brewhouse in Kentucky. It’s an amber brew with a strong hop profile of Chinook and Centennial hops, and it gets its color from the Pale, Crystal and Flaked Rye that we use for the grain build. We had a blast collaborating on this beer in the summer of 2021, and we’d love to do it again next time the fine folks at Old Louisville Brewing are down our way!
