About us

ABOUT - Holy City Brewing started in 2011 with four friends in the pedicab garage, on a fifteen-gallon all-grain pilot system fashioned out of bicycle parts. Soon, we moved over to our first brewhouse on Dorchester Road and made beer and food for the community. Now, over a decade later, we've found our permanent home in our new brewhouse on Noisette Creek in Park Circle, North Charleston, where we continue to serve the community with hand-crafted food and drink.

TAPROOM - The Taproom offers a full service bar and kitchen and is open seven days a week, opening at 11am every day. There are different tiers of service that you can opt for, ranging from bar service to full table service with an assigned server. The taproom also hosts the private party venues, The Mezzanine, The Aqualounge and The Courtyard. Book them for a party here!

RAW BAR -The Walrus at Holy City is our in-house raw bar, offering delicious cuisine from the sea, both near and far. Oysters on the half-shell, ceviche and peel-and-eat shrimp are some of the usual suspects being served here, but their menu and wine selection rotate regularly. The offerings from the Raw Bar can be ordered from any server around the property. W-Th 4-9pm Fri-Sat 12-9pm Sun 11-4pm

CABANA BAR -The Cabana Bar is a little oasis in our creekside yard, and offers twelve beers on tap, HCB beers in cans, and basic cocktails for those customers that don’t want to have to leave the fun in the sun to get another beverage. You can order food from the kitchen, ice cream truck and raw bar from the Cabana Bar as well!

FAQ

No, we don't. Service animals are the only permitted animals on property. We have a lot of different types of folks come through, so to keep everyone safe, pets are not allowed at Holy City Brewing. We hope you understand.

Our raw bar is open Wednesday and Thursday from 4-9pm, Friday and Saturday from 12-9pm, and Sunday from 11am-4pm. Our ice cream truck, Sweet Adeline's, is open Friday at 4pm and Saturday and Sunday at 12pm, weather permitting, and serves sweets and treats until business decline.

Nope! We've got cocktail specials, frozen beverages, soft drinks, coffee, kombucha and plenty of other options. Check out our menus tab to see what we have to offer!

No we do not! If you have less than ten people and care to eat and drink in our taproom, you can stroll right through the front door and we can seat you in the dining room or get you some tables for you to order food and drink at the bar. Larger groups will have to utilize the communal spaces (both inside and outside!) and order from the bar, but we're happy to do this as well.

We do book our party spaces for groups of ten or more. We have several spots that are built seamlessly into our taproom for you to check out, and you can take a virtual tour of the spots and get more information on our 'Private Parties' tab.
