Our Cans
Pluff Mud Porter - Brown Porter - 5.5%
Pluff Mud is a mixture of dirt and water indigenous to the marshes of the South Carolina Lowcountry, with a distinct odor that's endearing to locals, but off-putting to tourists and redcoats. Our second flagship beer was an effort to bring the American Porter style to the Charleston market proper, while also making a beer that stays appealing as the mercury rises.
Washout Wheat - Hefeweizen - 5.5%
Named for a locally-loved section of Folly Beach, Washout Wheat is an excellent hot weather beer. The Notes of banana and clove come entirely from that magic, not from any additional ingredients. The end result is a no-frills wheat experience with no extra hang-ups.
Holy City Pilsner - German Pilsner - 5%
With a history and tradition as rich as Charleston itself, the Pilsner is a timeless style of beer that's appropriate for any occasion. Pilsner malt and Magnum hops come together to make a well-balanced, golden lager that is dry, crisp and effervescent. It's a great beer to drink on a hot day in the Lowcountry, and still tastes great anywhere else.
Folly Time Pale Ale - Juicy Pale Ale - 5.5%
There's a feeling you get heading out to Folly Beach with all your gear in tow, staring out over the ocean as the sun rises higher and higher in the sky. The sea breeze blows through your hair, and the smells of salt and sand fill your nostrils as you pick out your spot for the day and settle in for a relaxing time, waves crashing some ways off. Crack this can of Folly Time and get those vibes any time you want.
Paradise IPA - Session Ale - 5%
We brewed paradise to celebrate the prevention of drilling off of our home coast, in support of the Coastal Conservation League. This Session IPA is a refreshing easy-drinker with a floral nose and lots of hop flavor from two of our favorites: Citra and Mosaic. Here's to the continued conservation of our great state of South Carolina!
Sparkly Princess - Sour IPA - 6.3%
Some beer drinkers like sour beers, and some like a nice, hoppy IPA. This beautiful pink vessel you are holding contains a kettle-sour beer, dry-hopped with El Dorado hops. A galactic convergence of both the funky and hopped-up brews. Crack it open, and prepare to meet your inner "Sparkly Princess."
Painkiller Witbier - Belgian Wit - 5.2%
We're pairing up with Pusser's Rum to make a beer in honor of their famous rum cocktail, The Painkiller. What we have here is a Belgian wit with orange, pineapple, and coconut, in the fashion of the age-old cocktail that made Pusser's Rum a household name.
Discosaurus - Double IPA - 10.5%
Discosaurus is a big and beautiful double IPA, built on the backbone of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Warrior hops. Balanced with a malty body and a clean finish, this beer is sure to get you off of your feet and onto the dance floor. Step to the music and crack a can of Discosaurus. You'll thank us later.
Overly Friendly IPA - West Coast IPA - 6.9%
We've been told before that, "People in Charleston are so damned friendly.' Sure, we smile, wave, say, "Hey, Y'all," and all that other cute stuff. But our friendliness can be a little overwhelming to folks that aren't used to it. Same goes for this IPA, whose name comes from our first intern, Bryn. A double-dose of Centennial, Warrior, Chinook and Cascade in the boil and the dry-hop impart massive citrus notes to the beer, backed up by pale and wheat malts.
Hazy Dice - NEIPA - 6%
Hazy Dice is an IPA hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops. We took our recipe for our classic West Coast Session, and we added the haze, and with the haze comes all of those beautiful juicy and fruity hop notes. Plenty of flavor, with a mild ABV to keep you sipping on Hazy Dice all day long.
HCB Lite - American Light Lager - 4.5%
Drink it on the beach, by the pool, or crack one open in your living room on game day. We don't care where or when you do it. We just want you to drink it. It's cold and crisp, just how you like it. What are you waiting for? HCB Lite is a refreshing light lager for any Charleston occasion.
